Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated through Pirateship.com and vary depending on delivery address, type of packing, package dimensions, and package weight.

We are not responsible for porch theft, addresses incorrectly entered by the customer, or packages that go missing after their delivery is confirmed by the courier. 

Sweeties Sparkle Shop is not responsible for circumstances delaying your delivery outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, post office delays or severe winter storm.

Once your package has been scanned as received by USPS, it is out of our hands. Sweeties Sparkle Shop does not have any control over packages lost, delayed, damaged, or missing items caused by USPS

If your package goes missing or is exceptionally delayed in transit, please submit a claim at USPS.com or at your local post office. 

Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate which is an issue with the UPSP, not our site. 

Products will be shipped to an address designated by the customer upon checkout. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
