All sales FINAL. Once order is placed, there are no cancellations. Please read policies before purchasing. 

Returns allowed on MANUFACTURER DEFECTS only.

To start a return, you can contact us at dnltorres1@hotmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Small pieces like jump rings maybe loose and only need a minor adjustment. These are not considered manufacturer defects and are INELIGIBLE for return. If a manufacturer defect is determined, return item within 3 business days of delivery. Item will be replaced with same item, if still available. If the same item is no longer in stock, a store credit will be issued.
